Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the cashback bonus, your account must meet specific criteria during the weekly bonus period (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59):
Minimum Loss Threshold: You must accumulate losses exceeding R100 during the bonus period. Losses of R100 or less do not qualify for cashback.
Qualifying Bets: Only bets placed on Lucky Numbers with odds of 2.0 or greater are eligible for cashback calculation.
Balance Type: Only losses from real money balance count toward cashback. Bets placed using bonus funds are excluded from the cashback calculation.
Cashback Calculation
The cashback is calculated at 10% of your total qualifying losses during the weekly period.
Calculation examples:
Total qualifying losses: R500 → Cashback: R50 (R500 × 10%)
Total qualifying losses: R1,200 → Cashback: R120 (R1,200 × 10%)
Total qualifying losses: R95 → Cashback: R0 (below R100 minimum threshold)
Wagering Requirements
Once the cashback bonus is credited to your account on Monday, both the cashback amount and any subsequent deposits must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal is permitted.
Example: You receive R50 cashback and deposit R100. Total amount: R150. Wagering requirement: R150 × 3 = R450 must be wagered before withdrawal.
Excluded Losses
The following losses do not count toward cashback eligibility:
Bets placed with odds below 2.0
Bets placed using bonus balance
Losses on games other than Lucky Numbers
Losses below the R100 threshold

Cashback is awarded weekly according to a fixed schedule:
